3. How do you ensure that the flash works properly?
Our technicians check capacitors, lamps, sensors, and firmware; we also fire 100 test flashes with a compact digital camera and a digital SLR camera to measure exposure. We then offer a one-year warranty and 30-day return policy.
4. Can I return the flash if it doesn't suit my needs?
Package your flash (with diffuser, stand, case) and request a shipping label. Upon receipt of undamaged items, we'll refund 100%.
